We ship orders to most countries worldwide – both within the European Union and outside the EU.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout once you select your destination country.

If your country is not available in the list at checkout, please contact us. We will be happy to check the shipping options and prepare an individual offer for you.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

The estimated order processing time is provided in the description of each product.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered by a courier service. Delivery times depend on the destination country, the selected carrier, and the delivery address.

• Poland: usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• European Union countries: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Countries outside the EU: delivery time depends on the destination country and the courier service.

If you choose InPost Parcel Locker delivery, your parcel will usually arrive at the selected locker within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

If you need your order as quickly as possible or would like to ship to a country that is not available at checkout, please contact us.
