§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the Contest is MAZELAKI Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Stanisławowska 47, 54-611 Wrocław, Poland, VAT No. (NIP): 8993001806, KRS: 0001123538, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2. The Contest is organized through the Instagram profile @mazelaki in accordance with Instagram’s Terms of Use.
3. The Contest is open to residents of the member states of the European Union.
4. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.
5. By entering the Contest, participants accept these Contest Rules.
6. The Organizer declares that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (“Meta”), including Instagram. Meta bears no responsibility for the Contest. Each participant fully releases Meta from any liability related to the Contest. Any questions, comments, complaints, or claims regarding the Contest should be directed solely to the Organizer and not to Meta. This release of Meta from liability does not affect the Organizer’s liability towards participants in connection with their participation in the Contest.
7. This Contest is not a game of chance, the outcome of which depends on random selection within the meaning of applicable gambling laws.
8. The prizes will be awarded based on the evaluation of contest entries by the Organizer.

§ 2. CONTEST PERIOD

1. The Contest begins upon publication of the contest post on the @mazelaki_official Instagram profile and ends on 25 June 2026 at 23:59 Central European Time (CET).
2. The Contest results will be announced by 27 June 2026 in a comment under the contest post and on the Organizer’s profile.

§ 3. PARTICIPANTS

1. Any natural person may participate in the Contest provided that they:
   a) are at least 18 years old,
   b) have an active Instagram account,
   c) have a delivery address within the European Union,
   d) have read and accepted these Contest Rules.
2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer may not participate in the Contest.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Rules, applicable laws, or Instagram’s policies.

§ 4. PARTICIPATION RULES

1. To enter the Contest, participants must:
   a) follow @mazelaki_official,
   b) like the contest post,
   c) answer the following question in a comment under the contest post:

“What is the one thing you never leave home without when going out with your child?”

• Each participant may submit an unlimited number of comments, provided that each answer is different.
• We would be delighted if participants tagged three people in their comment who might also love the NOMAD bag.
• Sharing the contest post in Instagram Stories is appreciated but is not mandatory and does not affect participation in the Contest.

§ 5. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. The Organizer will appoint a Contest Committee responsible for evaluating entries.
2. The Committee will select two winners from all valid entries.
3. The Committee will evaluate entries based on:
   a) creativity,
   b) originality,
   c) relevance to the contest question.
4. The Committee’s decision is final.

§ 6. PRIZES

1. Two prizes are available in the Contest.
2. Each prize consists of one Mazelaki NOMAD bag in a color chosen by the winner from the currently available color options.
3. The value of each prize does not exceed the amount exempt from prize taxation under applicable Polish law.
4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

§ 7. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES

1. Winners will be informed of their win through a comment under the contest post or via a private Instagram message.
2. To receive the prize, winners must provide the Organizer with the information necessary for shipment within 7 days of receiving the notification of winning.
3. If a winner fails to respond within the specified period, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.
4. Prizes will be shipped at the Organizer’s expense.

§ 8. COPYRIGHT

1. Participants declare that they are the authors of the submitted contest entries.
2. By submitting an entry, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish the entry on social media and in promotional materials related to the Mazelaki brand.

§ 9. PERSONAL DATA

1. The controller of participants’ personal data is MAZELAKI Sp. z o.o.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest, selecting winners, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.

§ 10. COMPLAINTS

1. Complaints regarding the Contest may be submitted electronically to: info@getmazelaki.com
2. A complaint should include information allowing identification of the participant and a description of the issue.
3. The Organizer will review complaints within 14 days of receipt.

§ 11. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. These Contest Rules are available throughout the Contest period from the Organizer.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules provided that such amendments do not infringe upon participants’ acquired rights.
3. Matters not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by Polish law and the relevant provisions of European Union law.
